1. All art pieces are sold to the highest bidder. Minimum opening bid for each piece is fixed at 50% of the estimated value established by the donor, indicated below.

2. All work must be delivered or shipped to the Silent Art Auction Chairperson or Local Art Initiative Leader by

Sept 25. Donors located within a fifty (50) mile radius of College Station may make arrangements with the Chairperson/Local Art Initiatiave Volunteer to have donation(s) picked up. All items must be display ready. East Texas art is picked up or delivered to C10’s Rural Arts Initiative representative (indicated on Form, below)

3. All proceeds will benefit art agency staff/volunteers through partial scholarships to A Circle of Ten’s one or 3-Day grant workshops. The Arts Council of Brazos Valley will coordinate scholarships to BV leaders; C10’s Rural Arts Initiative Network will coordinate scholarships to East Texas Leaders.

4. A short personal bio is required to be sent to the silent art auction chairperson (give or email to your auction contact).

5. An option for unsold art/art not receiving minimum bid must be selected below. If no option is selected, the art will not be returned to the artist.
