Van’s City Council approved the Van Economic Development Corporation’s decision to renew its contract with A Circle of Ten, Inc., for a third year. The vote on Thursday night ratifies the EDC’s vote to continue the relationship that has brought $393,145 in grants and $218,457 in in-kind contributions to the city so far, with another $415,000 in grants pending. Van Mayor Billy Smith said "A Circle of Ten has been an “excellent” partner.
